Juris Doctor ProgramAt Empire College, we believe that education is one of the most important assets that you will acquire during your lifetime. We also believe that our graduates` success is our legacy. For more than 30 years, Empire College School of Law has been providing a rigorous and quality evening Juris Doctor education for students wishing to pursue a career in the field of law. We are very proud of the accomplishments of our graduates including members of the judiciary in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, and Merced Counties. Honors and Awards Empire College School of Law is very proud of its award-winning Moot Court Teams which were California State Champions in the 2000 competition and earned "Best Appellant`s Brief" in 2002, followed by "Best Respondent`s Brief" in 2003, and second place in "Excellence in Appellate Advocacy" and "Brief Writing" in 2004. In addition, the Empire Environmental Negotiations Team was victorious in the 2001 statewide State Bar competition.
Information on Programs Offered:Empire College School of Law offers a part-time, four-year evening Juris Doctor program. Since opening in 1973, 80 percent of Empire Law School graduates who have taken the California Bar Examination have passed. For the past four years, our July pass rates for first-time takers were the highest of all 18 California accredited law schools. 1 Campus Location
